Quilling (also known as paper filigree or paper rolling) is the art of manipulating strips of paper/card using techniques such as rolling, looping, curling and twisting. Projects can range from simple gift tags and cards to pictures, jewellery, 3D models and the decoration of objects.

The Quilling Guild exists to encourage, support, preserve and publicise the art of Quilling. The Guild is a non-profitmaking charity (UK registered number 1123927) whose trustees and workers are all volunteers.
